Saturday morning yoga with April and Heather is designed to get you in the best frame of mind to have a relaxing weekend. We will unwind, work out the stress knots, all while emphasizing the yogic practices of breathing, meditation, and mindfulness. Having good friendships and community support eases stress, helps you avoid mental illness, and gives you energy and courage for living a healthier life. Therefore, Join us for a cup of tea and chat at the end of class. All yoga levels will benefit from this class!
