Yoga with April
This is a yoga class like no other! April has taken over 20 years of fitness and yoga experience to offer you an amazing sweat inducing workout, while stretching all the areas of the body that lead to injury. You will be given the opportunity to rest or flow because sometimes the body craves more sensation and sometimes it craves less. You will be encouraged to listen to your bodies and allow your body to decide which variation or modification of the pose it would like to do. The goal is always for you to experience a full body sculpt, increase flexibility and most importantly calm the mind. The mindful breathing practice is what will be responsible for decreasing your stress and allowing you to leave practice with more peace and calmness!
