I’m 42 years old. I’ve been married for 18 years and have a 14 year old son. I’ve always been active, from climbing trees as a young child to playing basketball and figure skating during Junior High and High School.During my 20’s and early 30’s I thought I was too busy for exercise and guess what? “Yes, the weight gain started!”
I took part on my first fitness class with the Sisters, however, at that time they were just April and Michelle at a local gym (Fit Works) and I never stayed with it. In 2007, I decided it was time to get in shape and be a healthier person. I joined Sisters in Fitness and have been hooked ever since.
I love it all but my passion is strength training and running. I started running April 2009 and became a running instructor that fall.
Becoming a fitness instructor with Sisters in Fitness seems like a natural progression in my fitness journey. I’m so excited to be completing my Pound Rockout Workout training in New York December 2013.
I look forward to bringing a fun and energized rock’n workout to the Sisters in Fitness clients.
