This class will have all of the benefits of yoga you are use to connecting breath, and stretch, with a little added strength. We will continue to make a mind and body connection to achieve a post yoga glow like no other you’ve experienced.
This class is designed to have a bonus relaxation section to prepare the body for a wonderful nights rest.
As in all of our yoga classes you will be encouraged to go at your own pace and what feels best for your body.
