Phone calls, emails, text messages, alllllll kinds of social media…how could we not be more connected than ever before? Constant updates and communication can be convenient, but there’s another important connection we tend to let suffer as a result. When was the last time you really tuned in to how you’re feeling – mentally, physically, emotionally? Take some time to unplug – silence the cell phone, leave the work stress at the office, log out of facebook for once – and reconnect with yourself. In this class, we’ll use yoga to rediscover this mind/body connection. Tune in to how your body feels throughout your practice, and how your mind begins to settle. Always try to find what feels best for you; in your body, in your mind, in your practice.
