Yin Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice – bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. During the Yin part of class you will hold poses longer and more passively while Yang is a faster more active part of class. Yin will work the deep, dense connective tissue while Yang builds strength, stamina and flexibility.
This class will bring balance into your yoga practice. Also, this class is designed for all levels.
