Is GUARANTEED to be a bootcamp like no other! We won’t be sticking you in a field or parking lot. Too much beauty to explore. We are crossing over to adventure fitness and travelling through Manuels River and area.

Your music will be the sound of birds, river and your visual Mother Natures beauty! When various types of training are combined with a structured program, it creates an optimal environment for a total body fat blasting workout and a healthy you!

You will train in all weather! Yes, you may at times get a little muddy and wet but you will be living life to the max! It’s addictive! No worries on getting cold you will be working too hard to get chilly! Variations of intensity levels will be provided by team of instructors. Both women and men are welcome!
